At Pol Roger, they like large formats; not only because they look far better but also because the champagne tends to mature more slowly. A slower maturation process means that the wine develops more complexity over a longer period of time.
The Beast dinner gives you a chance to taste a number of cuvees from three different large formats; magnum, jeroboam and methuselah, and in a suitably spectacular setting.
Each Cuvee will be paired with a dish from The Beast menu, offering guests a unique gastronomic experience, featuring Norwegian King Crab and hand-selected dry-aged Nebraskan Angus Beef.
