Craft London has joined forces with Berlin-based vermouth brand Belsazar to create a summer pop-up with panoramic views of the capital and deliciously refreshing Belsazar based spritzes!

Craft London is hosting an eleven-week pop-up summer terrace in collaboration with Berlin-based vermouth brand Belsazar. With panoramic views of the Greenwich Peninsula, Canary Wharf, the Thames and beyond, Craft London’s rooftop bar is the ideal spot to enjoy a refreshing aperitif with friends this summer. The Belsazar bar is in full swing until 23rd September, hosting bi-weekly ticketed masterclasses and serving Craft London’s wonderfully themed new summer spritz menu.
Bar Manager Dave Brosnan and the team at Craft London have collaborated with Belsazar to create a range of bespoke low-ABV spritzes, served over ice and designed for relaxing and unwinding. The spritzes marry Belsazar’s signature Vermouth variants – Red, Dry, Rosé and White – with fresh ingredients and garnishes foraged from Craft London’s on-site kitchen garden. The new summer spritz menu reflects Craft London’s local and seasonal ethos, in addition to their shared values with Belsazar for quality, innovation and superbly sippable drinks.
The new menu features:
R&R – Belsazar Rosé, grapefruit, Verbena Kombucha, Mezcal
Forager – Belsazar White, Elderflower cordial, Urban Orchard Cider
Blossom Road – Belsazar Red, grapefruit, Maraschino, egg white, Prosecco
By the Sea – Belsazar Dry, Somerset Shipwreck, Wiston sparkling wine
All priced at £8, the spritzes are served alongside bar snacks from Craft London’s renowned all-British menu. For guests with an appetite, the restaurant offers their a la carte and tasting menus.
The Belsazar Summer Terrace at Craft London is open, weather permitting, during Craft London’s normal opening hours.
No booking necessary – just come on up and toast to the summer over a spritz or two.
