Amelia will be serving and be talking about the bodega's best tipples and the Brindisa team will be serving up food from the Castille region to pair with the wine.
All night you'll be sitting along their 360-degree bar and kitchen counter watching the chefs in action cooking on their open charcoal grills and over.
