Dishes on offer will be taken from Gaucho’s new Spring Electro Brunch menu, including burrata served with Heirloom tomato, pistachio vinaigrette and sourdough toast, as well as Argentine staple, the Choripan sandwich: Gaucho’s chorizo sausages sandwiched between ciabatta with chimichurri mayo and crispy onions. For more of a traditional brunch classic, opt for the smoked brisket muffin, layering smoked brisket, poached eggs, hollandaise on top of a toasted English muffin.
Expect chilled electro brunch beats from live DJs, tequila based cocktails and tables laden with Latin American inspired dishes... a bank holiday afternoon to remember.
