- 16/07/2019 to 01/09/2019
Acclaimed Japanese restaurant, Dinings SW3 in the heart of Chelsea, is delighted to announce the launch of its new Summer Rosé Garden in partnership with Ruinart, the first established Champagne house. Launching today to the public, it will be open every day for guests to drink and dine throughout the summer months.
Inspired by the summer bloom in Japan, the Instagram-worthy garden invites guests to step into an oasis of calm, just minutes from the bustle of Harrods and South Kensington’s museums, bedecked with stunning pink foliage delicately weaved around the courtyard walls. With standout features including a striking cherry blossom tree and flower wall, guests will be able to dine, relax and unwind under the vibrant bloom as summer in the city gets officially underway.
Showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship of Executive Chef Masaki Sugisaki and his team, the seasonal summer menu will feature exclusive cocktails and new dishes. Inspired by the restaurant’s elegant take on the ‘Japanese Izakaya’, it combines traditional Japanese techniques with modern European cuisine and uses only the freshest seasonal produce. Dishes include Octopus Carpaccio with Yuzu and Jalapeño; Dashi-marinated British Tomatoes; and Yellowtail Tartare.
The bar team at Dinings SW3 will offer a range of Champagnes by the glass from Ruinart including their signature cuvées Blanc de Blancs and Rosé pour. On the cocktail front, the newly created ‘Kurabu Spritz’ will take centre stage, showcasing the Ruinart Brut, alongside Umeshu Plum Sake, Tio Pepe Fino, Rhubarb and Cardamom. Guests can also choose tipples from the newly launched cocktail menu, a carefully curated selection focused on using the best local and independent producers, and featuring exciting new cocktails as well as recognized classics that have been given a delicate Asian twist, such as the floral ‘Jasmine Martini’, or the refreshing ‘Tokyo Mule’.
In addition to wine, guests will also be able to order from an extensive sake list, including Dinings’ exclusive own-label sake from Konotomo, a family-run brewery in the Shiga region of Japan. The bar also stocks an impressive selection of Japanese and South Asian spirits as well as championing more local producers such as Cabby’s Rum, the first rum made in the heart of London.
The Summer Rosé Garden at Dinings SW3 is now open to the public throughout summer. To make a reservation, please visit www.dinings.co.uk/sw3 or call 020 7723 0666.
