Blakes Hotel is hosting a ticketed dinner to present it's seasonal menu created in partnership with Monkey 47, the gin boasting 47 hand-picked herbal ingredients including fresh floral notes and a flowery lavender aroma - a wink to the lavender installation covering the hotel's facades.
The experience includes the three course dinner menu inspired by the lavender and honey flavours, paired with the three Monkey 47 summer cocktails:
Beetroot cured salmon, Lavender & dill
Duck Honey glazed
Lavender panna cotta, Blueberry & Monkey 47 and Lavender & Monkey 47 macaroons
Fields at Provence - Monkey 47 Gin, Suze bitter, Honey Water infused with lavender, Lemon Juice and Egg white
Lavendula - Monkey 47 Gin, homemade infusion of St Germain and Monkey 47 Gin, homemade lavender syrup, St Germain, Cream the Violette and Lemon Juice
Monty Mash - Monkey 47 Sloe Gin, Monkey 47 Gin, Lime Juice, Muddled strawberries, Paychaud bitters, Perrier Jouet Rose Champagne, Lavender foam and basil leaf.
