The additions to the cocktail menu, named after iconic songs from the Abbey Road album will include;
Here Comes The Sun - an aromatic infusion of Saffron-infused Olmeca Altos Tequila, Earl Grey sake, blood orange puree, fresh orange juice and Earl Grey syrup.
Golden Slumbers - which combines Liverpool Valencia Orange Gin, orange juice, hibiscus syrup & prosecco presented in a golden flute.
Oh Darling - a refreshing blend of Liverpool Dry Gin, lemon, mint, sugar and Fever-Tree soda for a delicious homage to the Fab Four’s home town.
You Never Give Me Your Money - Beluga Vodka, Pino Mugo pine liqueur and Lillet Blanc.
If that wasn’t enough, the restaurant has also commissioned an exterior installation inspired by the Liverpool natives incorporating the bright, bold and showstopping colours The Beatles are known for. The exterior floral archway will integrate an array of vibrant vinyl discs paying homage to the golden days of The Beatles whilst also honouring some of the leadings tracks from the ‘Abbey Road’ album including ‘Octopus’s Garden’, ‘Here Comes the Sun’, ‘Her Majesty’ and ‘You Never Give Me Your Money’.
