COYA in Mayfair are treating Londoners to a special August Bank Holiday bottomless brunch with a Peruvian carnival spin!

This year, COYA in Mayfair are treating Londoners to a special August Bank Holiday bottomless brunch. They're putting a Peruvian Carnival spin on their brunch with cocktails, canapes and a party to rival Notting Hill Carnival. Taking the same form as their sellout weekend brunch, the outstanding bottomless three-hour affair will let you sip on pisco sours and frozen mojitos whilst tucking into your favourite brunch dishes.
The celebration starts in the Pisco Bar & Lounge where COYA will be switching up their normal drinks offering, giving them a summer twist. They will be serving frozen mojitos alongside a towering margarita fountain. You'll be offered an array of canapés in the Bar & Lounge, including their delicious tacos, before moving into the restaurant.
The main course will be served at the tables with COYA offering a choice of their popular brunch dishes, such as corn-fed baby chicken and the vegetarian cazuela, vegetables on a bed of rice made in a cooking pot. Enjoy these alongside a variety of side dishes and accompanying selection of spirits and mixers, wines or Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne.
After an array of desserts are served buffet-style in the restaurant, including warm churros with gooey dulce de leche and chocolate, you can start moving and grooving to the DJ’s beats, dancing your way into the sunny afternoon. Some surprise performers will be there to entertain, bringing the Bank Holiday feeling to the streets of Mayfair.
Spirit package: £95 per person - includes Pisco Sours, Bloody Marys, Tommy’s Margaritas, London Mules, Mojitos, house spirits, red wine, white wine and beer.
Champagne package: £115 per person - includes Perrier-Jouët Champagne and the full drinks selection from the spirit package.
