Fancy Free bring their Aussie skills to warm you up for London Cocktail Week with an awesome takeover. They'll be utilising ingredients native to both Australia and the UK to create delightful Dewar's 12 highballs.

For two nights, Lyaness, in collaboration with Dewar’s Whisky will be hosting the next instalment of its House Party series with Fancy Free, a cocktail bar once based in Melbourne, Australia, which is now popping-up and taking over bars all around the world.
Australian bartending duo, Ryan Noreiks and Rob Libecans are heading over especially for London Cocktail Week! Friends of the Lyan family - Rob having worked at Ryan Chetiyawardana’s first bar, White Lyan. Noreiks and Libecans met whilst working at Black Pearl, winner of the Best International Cocktail Bar at the Spirited Awards and are two thirds of the trio that started Fancy Free in Melbourne.
Lyaness x Fancy Free have joined forces to create four bespoke core ingredients inspired by the state of Victoria, Australia, where Fancy Free hails from. These include Mandarin Sherry which draws influence from Victoria’s wine country and Snake Skin inspired by the Australian outback. Each ingredient will be used to make a Dewar's Scotch Whisky based Highball Cocktail.
The two night collaboration will be a great opportunity to enjoy some Aussie hospitality, taste a selection of highball cocktails, and enjoy a great house party from early until late!
