On Friday 14th and Saturday 15th February, Oblix East and West will offer a ten-course Valentine’s tasting menu all served on the 32nd floor of the Shard with 360 degree views of London.
On arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of Billecart salmon, brut rose to kick off an evening to remember.
Head Chef Marcus Eaves has created a menu for the occasion with starters of Crispy squid with chilli & lime; Steak tartare with aged cheddar and beef tomato and decadent potato and truffle croquettes. For mains Marcus has chosen his signature Jasper grilled sirloin and caramelised shallot and grilled tenderloin with wild mushrooms and truffle sauce.
For dessert, a sharing plate of paired with Passito di pantelleria, pelegrino dessert wine.
A bespoke Valentine’s Day cocktail, Rambling Rose made with Tanqueray ten gin, rose cordial, absinthe bitters and topped up with champagne has also been created for the occasion.
