Looking for your next brand ambassador role?

The iconic No.3 Gin is looking for a new Brand Ambassador. Based at their home in the heart of St James at Berry Bros. & Rudd, London’s oldest wine and spirit merchant, this role is looking for someone to win over the hearts and minds of the UK drinks trade and consumers to fuel growth for the brand.

This is a vital role in winning the hearts and minds of the UK drinks trade and consumers to fuel growth for No.3 Gin.  You will be a walking advertorial for No.3, helping define the brand personality and building brand perception through the way you implement agreed activities and connect with people to share your brand knowledge, category expertise and passion for the spirits industry.   As a key member of the team you’ll be a catalyst in driving awareness, visibility, and advocacy whether it is influencing the influential or introducing new drink-makers to our Art of Perfection.

What you will do

  • Win hearts and minds for No.3 Gin with UK consumers and trade customers by taking a lead role in the implementation of agreed brand activity. 
  • Be the face of the brand for trade – face to face but also via your own social media channels (guidance provided by Brand Manager)
  • Conduct and promote best in class brand trainings, masterclasses, bar takeovers and tasting events to increase brand engagement across both on & off-trade throughout the UK
  • Be a catalyst in driving awareness, visibility and brand growth of No.3 Gin, build relationships in the on-trade and open doors for the sales team
  • Provide ongoing insight about Gin category and spirits industry trends and feedback on implementation and effectiveness of marketing programmes
  • Represent No.3 Gin at appropriate press and industry events
  • Shape the No.3 Cocktail Competition strategy and drive trade participation
  • Host the No.3 Distillery experience in Schiedam for UK and international visitors
  • Educate and train FMV & BBR staff to be confident in selling No.3 London Dry Gin, drumming up support and advocacy ensuring No.3 is front of mind for the sales teams
  • Work at events to help promote No.3 and recruit new fans and drinkers of No.3 Gin
  • Work with and independently of BDM’s and account managers to ensure account calls are made to appropriate on & off-trade customers/prospects to support/create new listings and drive rate of sale.
  • Keep the FMV sales team updated on activity agreed/completed with their accounts

What you will bring to the role

Experience / Achievements

  • Experience in Spirits Industry (4-5 years)
  • Evidence of hitting targets and enhancing brand strength
  • UK driving licence
  • Previous roles working for a brand building company desirable
  • WSET desirable
